Hello from the Caviste -
All these colors seem to lift our moods a bit. We've noticed people are out more, exploring smells, sights, sounds. We hope you are enjoying your backyard, Reynolda Gardens, or any corner beauty spots all around Winston.
On other uplifting moments, I (Alice) have been taking in mini-episodes of "Poetry Unbound", a podcast by Pádraig Ó Tuama, as a way to take a moment before moving with my day. It is about as refreshing as a glass of wine in the middle of the day.
On The Caviste news, mark your calendars for our Rosé tasting, where Robert from Advintage will pour a wide spectrum of rosés for that spring occasion. April 29. And, the menu is out for our West Coast Wine Dinner, May 6. We have a few seats left.
We hope you have a great week.
Cheers |

| We have noticed a trend in the wine world - where many winemakers are now ditching the rules and regulations and exploring their own expressions of wines. Swurl, a small natural wine newsletter, had a great take on how the art world inspired the wine world: "How Impressionists Artists Paved the way for Declassified French Wine". Read the article here - on Swurl media. Something to read other than the news for you, and also, as a segue into our new wines on the shelves! |

Two iconic producers, Elisabetta Foradori, who is creating her terroir-driven wines in the Alto Adige, and Fabien Jouves, who is helping all his friends in Cahors in exploring deep, beautiful expressions of malbec.
