Hello from the Caviste:

A special Thanksgiving cheers to you! We are thankful to you for your support of the store and being part of our wine community in WS.  

First, while there is no Tuesday Tasting this week, we do have plenty of fun pours at the bar. This is the season that we pull out some higher end wines to open and share the festive mood. We are also restocking on Beaujolais Nouveau (the serious kind) tomorrow (Tuesday). We look forward to seeing you in the shop for a glass or to pick up a few bottles for this weeks meal pairing. 

 
Thanksgiving Week Hours:
Tuesday 12pm to 7:30pm
Wednesday 11am to 5pm -ish (open one hour earlier)
Thursday CLOSED
Friday - Saturday 12pm to 7:30pm


We have two of our Thursday dinners on the calendar for December; Fried Chicken & Champagne, and Christmas Beef Wellington.  We are excited to have the chance to host these at the new fine dining space at Bobby Boy Bakeshop South. If you did not know, Chefs John and Lucia Bobby are gearing up to open their new fine dining space called Dale's Revisions in 2026.  We are giving it a test run with them. Details below. 

As always, if we can help with some wine pairings, gift giving or other wine needs for your upcoming festivities and dinners just let us know.
