Trinquevedel Tavel Rosé
This is an amazingly versatile rosé. Tavel is the only AOC to produce only Rosé.  So, if you see the name Tavel you know it is a serious wine. These wines offer a fabulous ying and yang of rich and elegant.  The southern France Grenache has a weight and body but the winemaking offers a balancing finesse. 55% Grenache, 18% Cinsault, 13% Clairette, 10% Syrah, 3% Mourvèdre, 1% Bourboulenc

The palate is a blend of watermelon notes and mountain strawberries with a thirst quenching finish to the palate.  It really does want you to grill some vegetables or perhaps make a portobello burger. $24/btl

2022 Salvard - Cheverny Blanc
85% Sauvignon Blanc
15% Chardonnay
2020 Cahors Clos La Coutale
80% Malbec, 20% Merlot
The Salvard estate is a source for great value wines in all colors - white, red and rose.  This white, comprised on 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chardonnay provides the perfect casual sipper for summer.  It is close to a perfect choice for all your white wine drinking friends as there is the zippy citrusy nature of Sauvignon Blanc and just a hint of roundness in the mid-palate from the Chardonnay.  Any salad with a little goat cheese or the freshest seafood you can find would be a perfect pairing.  $23
When you like your red wines elegantly rustic, this Malbec centric wine is a great choice. A little bit like a black dress, it can take a chill in the depths of summer but is wonderful with anything from the grill, drinks well now but will age for a few years as well - does a little bit of everything. Full of rich black and blue fruit notes (blackberry, dried blueberry, some cassis) but also a nice meatiness and rustic aromas of coffee give this rouge a rugged appeal. $20

 Wine Clubs
The best way to learn about wine is to drink some and study a little.  One way we help with this is our wine clubs.  These include:

1. Benchmark Reds
One bottle per month, showcasing a delicious red at a great value. Detailed description and information about the red will be included. Average monthly price: $50 (includes 10% retail pricing of the bottle).

2. Grower Champagne
One grower champagne per month, with information on the producer, the region, and just why we are crazy about the champagne. Average monthly price: $50 (includes 10% retail pricing of the bottle).

3-pack Value Selections
Once a month, you'll receive 3 bottles per month, all incredibly valued (usually between $15-$25 retail), some that are under-the-radar, or just drinking really well. They will be whites, reds, orange, and/or rosés that will follow the changing seasons. Monthly total price will be in the $50 range, which includes the 10% off retail pricing.

If you're interested in any of these clubs, give us a call or send us an email.

We look forward to helping you find some delicious wines for your next meal or event.

Have a great weekend!

Cheers,
The Caviste Team
