Beaujolais Nouveau is here!  This is not the mass market variety, but the artisinal style wine you expect from The Caviste.  It is also the perfect accompaniment to your Thanksgiving table, fun, delicious and lively.

Beaujolais Nouveau L'Ancien
Terres Dorées

100% Gamay, from Jean Paul's oldest vines at 40-60 years old that grow in sandy clay-limestone hills near the village of Charnay in southern Beaujolais. The berries are thick-skinned berries and provide a wonderful structure to this organic wine. While most Nouveau usually undergo carbonic maceration, this Nouveau does not, and still drinks like a classic, old-world, dark-berried, traditional beaujolais - it jsut arrives in time to be on your Thanksgiving table. $19
